Viagra FAQ

Doubling Up With Viagra – Not Recommended

Although different ED medications contain different ingredients, they all have the same mechanism of action. Therefore it is unsafe to take two different medications together. If you took for example, Cialis and Viagra together you would have double dosed for the duration of Viagra’s effectiveness of five hours. This means that your blood vessels would have dilated twice as much as is recommended and side effects become far more likely and more intense. It is far better to try each medication separately to find out which erectile dysfunction medication is the most effective for you. It is always safest to take the lowest dose that is effective. That way, you will be less likely to experience side effects such as headaches, dizziness and fainting. No erectile dysfunction medication should be taken more often than once per day. In the case of Cialis, if you are taking it every day a half dose is better due to the long action of thirty-six hour of the medication. Taking Cialis once per day means that it will build up in your system during the twelve extra hours that the medication is active from the previous day. Levitra and Viagra should not build up in your system in the same way.

Erectile dysfunction is a disorder like any other, but could become worse if you do not speak out. At the initial stage, the condition it at a manageable level and a potent medication such as Viagra could be helpful. However, after some time, things may get out of hand. The condition could be terminal.

When it comes to its purpose and dosage, many people will shy away and will not discuss the matter. It is quite important even to ask about something you are not sure about.
